Accepting New Clients!
Hi, I’m Hannah.
You might be here because you’re tired of holding everything together. Anxiety runs your days, grief or past experiences feel heavy, food and your body feel like a constant struggle, or you may be navigating concerns around substance use or maintaining recovery. On the outside you may look fine, but inside you feel overwhelmed and worn down. If you are longing for steady, compassionate support, you are in the right place.
I am deeply committed to supporting anxious individuals as they navigate trauma, grief, struggles with food and body image, and challenges related to addiction and relapse prevention. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more compassionate toward yourself, and more grounded in your daily life.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and trauma informed. I use EMDR along with other therapeutic approaches to help your brain and body process what they have been holding so you are not constantly reacting from old stress, fear, or shame. Rather than just talking about what is wrong, we gently work with what is happening beneath the surface so you can begin to feel safer, more present, and more at ease.
The way I show up in this work is shaped by having done my own healing. I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, and I bring that understanding into our work with patience, care, and respect for your pace.
Outside of therapy, I stay grounded through simple, restoring moments like time in nature, meaningful connection, and quiet that helps the nervous system settle.
If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free consultation. I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
